浙江省水稻纹枯病菌对井岗霉素的抗药性测定 被引量:15

摘要 通过对采自浙江省11个地(市)25个县(市)的144个水稻纹枯病菌菌株和21个泰国野生敏感菌株的抗药性测定,表明浙江省水稻纹枯病菌群体及个体对井岗霉素的敏感度与野生菌株没有明显差异,证实了浙江省水稻纹枯病菌对井岗霉素没有产生抗药性,尽管它在浙江已使用了20年。 144 isolates of Thanatephorus cucumeris (Frank) Donk, which were collected from rice paddy fields in 11 prefectures including 25 counties/cities of Zhejiang Province, had been detected for their resistance to Jinggangmycin, compared with 21 isolates as natural wild pathogen from Thailand The results showed that sensitivity of tested isolates to Jinggangmycin was similar to that of natural wild ones not only as individual but also as population pathogen This indicated that T cucumeris had not developed resistance to Jinggangmycin although it had been used for 20 years in the province It demonstrated that Jinggangmycin was still an effective agricultural antibiotic to control rice sheath blight caused by T cucumeris
