摘要
以番茄叶片离体培养为实验系统,比较了不同生长素类(IAA、NAA、2,4-D)诱导产生的具不同分化潜力的愈伤组织在过氧化物酶同工酶谱、过氧化物酶和吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性、碳水化合物含量上的差异。
In vitro culture of tomato leaf explants was adopted as the experimental system Comparison of biochemical changes was made in isoperoxidase patterns, isoperoxidase and IAA-oxidase activity, and carbohydrate contents among different callus, i e callus I (Bud-differentiating callus, BDC), callus N (Root-differentiating callus, RDC), and callus D (Non-differentiating callus, NDC) Moreover, the possible relationship of biochemical parameters with organogenesis potentiality was also discussed
