摘要 以水合肼和硼氢化钾为共还原剂制备了多元合金催化剂,将其用于乙腈催化加氢反应制乙胺。研究了催化剂活性组分和乙腈催化加氢工艺条件对催化剂性能的影响,并考察了该催化剂的稳定性。结果表明,含有稀土元素、Fe、Cu和N i等组分的多金属催化剂具有良好的催化活性和选择性。在优化工艺条件(氢压1.5 MPa,温度120℃,反应时间1 h)下,乙腈转化率可达100%,乙胺收率达95%以上。 A multi-metal alloy catalyst for hydrogenation of acetonitrile to ethylamine was prepared using hydrazine hydrate and potassium borohydride as the co-reductant. Influence of active components in the catalyst and acetonitrile hydrogenation condition on behaviors of the catalyst and stability of the catalyst were investigated. The results showed that multi-metal catalysts containing Fe, Cu, Ni and rare earth had excellent catalytic activity and selectivity, with acetonitrile conversion of 100% and selectivity to ethylamine of over 95% under the optimal condition as follows: PH2 = 1.5 MPa , 120℃, reaction time 1 h.
