摘要
以巯基乙酸和异辛醇为原料,采用颗粒状活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸作催化剂合成巯基乙酸异辛酯,考察了影响反应的因素。实验结果表明,酯化反应的最佳条件:n(巯基乙酸)∶n(异辛醇)=1∶1.4、催化剂用量为反应物总质量的2.5%、反应时间105 min、带水剂甲苯10 mL,产率可达95.59%。
Isooctyl mercaptoacetate was synthesized from mercaptoacetic acid and 2-ethyl hexanol using p-toluene sulphonic acid supported on granule activated carbon as the catalyst. The influencing factors were investigated. Experimental results indicated that the optimum condition for the esterification reaction was as follows:n( mercaptoacetic acid) : n (2-ethyl hexanol) = 1: 1.4, reaction time 105min, catalyst dosage = 2.5% of the reactants, water carrying reagent 10 mL. Isooctyl mercaptoacetate yield of 95.59% was obtained under the optimal condition.
