摘要 以2,4-二羟基苯甲酸和硫酸铜制备纳米燃速催化剂,采用TEM、XRD、TG和IR等手段对催化剂样品进行表征,考察了反应终点和反应浓度对收率的影响,洗涤溶剂极性影响最终催化剂形貌,实验表明,纳米催化剂对双基推进剂NC/NG热分解有明显催化效果。 Nanometer copper resorcylic catalyst was synthesized by reactive precipitation method. The samples obtained were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thermo-gravimetric analyses (TG). The results indicated that a spherical resorcylic catalyst was obtained after treatment in ethanol solvent, and flake shape crystal after treatment in water solvent. Peak temperature for thermal decomposition of NC/ NG decreased by 3℃, and decomposition enthalpy increased by 735 J·g^-1. The catalyst had remarkable catalytic effects in double base propellant NC/NG thermal decomposition.
