摘要 介绍氯胺酮与异丙酚复合应用于镇静、麻醉诱导与维持,对血液动力学、脑血流以及对缺氧性肺血管收缩的影响。 The application of combined ketamine and propofol anesthesia on clinical sedation, anesthesia induction and maintenance is summarized. The effects of this combination on hemodynamics, cerebral blood flow and hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction (HPV) are also discussed.
