摘要 中枢胆碱能系统作为中枢神经系统内一重要部分,参与了学习与记忆的形成过程,特异的拮抗剂或人为的损伤可导致认知功能受损。临床上常由于该系统功能减退而出现相应的疾病.现就胆碱能系统在学习与记忆、术后认知功能障碍(postoperative cognitve dysfunction,POCD)和阿尔茨海姆病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)中的作用作一综述。 Central cholinergic system (CCS), involving the process of learning and memory, plays a vital role in function of central nervous system. Inhibition of CCS function by specific antagonists or artificial lesions may obviously lead to cognitive deficit. Clinical degradation in CCS also causes diseases associated with cognitive dysfunction. This review summarizes the role of CCS in learning and memorizing, postoperative cognitive dysfunction and Alzheimer's disease.
