Mechanisms of ginkgo biloba extract on protection of myocardial ischemic/reperfusion injury

摘要 造成心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的原因很多,并且发生的机制也很复杂,研究表明银杏叶提取物（EGb）可明显减轻心肌缺血-再灌注的损伤,增强心肌的收缩功能,现就EGb对此作用的机制作一综述。 Many factors may cause myocardial ischemic/reperfusion injury （IRI） with complicated mechanisms. Many recent studies have demonstrated that ginkgo biloba extract （EGb） obviously lessens myocardial IRI and improves myocardial contraction. This review summarizes the mechanisms of EGb on protecting myocardial IRI.
