阴道镜下宫颈“糜烂”表现及冷冻治疗的临床研究

Clinical study of colposcopy and cryotherapy of cervical erosion

目的正确认识宫颈“糜烂”以及冷冻治疗的特点。方法80例有症状的宫颈“糜烂”患者,50例阴道镜下冷冻治疗,30例激光治疗。观察镜下图像及疗效。结果阴道镜下所有患者未发现异常上皮或血管。冷冻和激光治疗效果无显著差异。结论宫颈“糜烂”是一种生理变化一般无需治疗。对部分有症状患者,冷冻治疗是一经济、简便、有效的治疗手段。

Objective Objective To study the characters of cervical erosion under colposcope and the outcome of cryotherapy. Methods A total of 80 cases with cervical erosion accompanied by symptoms were examined by colposcope and the colposcopic views were analyzed, Then 50 cases were treated by cryotherapy and 30 cases by laser. Results No abnormal epithelium or vessels were observed in all cases. The outcome of lasertherapy was not significant different from cryotherapy group. Conclusions Cervical erosion is a physiological appearance of normal cervix. It doesn＇t need to be treated generally. For some patients with symptoms, cryotherapy is efficient, low-cost and easy - to - manipulated.
