利用质量功能展开技术对服务进行分析、评价与设计,有助于企业在资源有限的情况下更大幅度的提高服务质量,更好的满足消费者意愿与需求,更大程度的实现企业的经济效益和社会效益。
Applying the technology of QFD to analyze, evaluate and design service will help enterprises in a situation that resources are limited, to make the service quality get the improvement by a larger margin, to meet consumer' s demands, and to make the best economic benefits and social benefit.
