Ecotourism, as the most active way in tourism development, is in the ascendant because of its huge potentiality. As the important concourse for ecotourism to be accomplished, ecotourism district are the destinations for ecotourism. So they are of consequence to ecotourism. To build eeotourism district, we have to consider the following： Which factors constitute the motive power for the construction of ecotourism areas？ Which conditions are restricting ecotourism district construction？ What is the dynamic and restricting mechanism？ With abundant investigations, this article discusses the dynamic mechanism, restricting factor, dynamic and restricting mechanism as well as measures to optimize ecotourism district construction.
