摘要
历史上,红河水道曾经是中国西南内陆连接东南亚最便捷的出海通道,它"内接巴蜀,外联交趾,"100年前还有过"大船三百,小船千艘,往来如蚁"的盛况。经过了多年的衰落以后,随着中越两国关系的修复和边贸的发展,红河航运的恢复和开发已经成为中越两国的共识。目前迎来了红河航运开发建设的良好发展机遇。应该抓住这一良机,加快其建设步伐。红河航运具有整治成本低、见效快、运量大、效益高的优势,因此,红河通航在国际大通道建设中具有重要作用,应加大国家层面介入的力度,加快中越红河航运通道的合作开发建设的步伐。
In history, the Honghe River passageway was the easiest way connecting southwest China and Southeast Asia and 100 years ago the Honghe River teemed with numerous boats and ships. Then it was on the decline. With the improvement of the diplomatic relations between China and Vietnam, the development of this water-way again catches the eye-ball of both countries because it has the advantages of high efficiency and low costs. Either from the perspective of macro-or micro-economy, it is worthwhile to carry out this project hut the Government should involve itself more in its development.
