The Construction of Career Service System at the Vocational Colleges in the Minority Areas in West China

科学分析民族院校学生教育管理工作的现状和存在的问题,有的放矢地探索教育管理的方法和途径,是构建民族和谐校园的重要一环。因此,应着力从创新教育管理工作理念,拓展教育管理工作内容,建立健全教育管理的长效机制,实施工作目标责任管理,切实解决学生的实际问题等方面入手,不断改进和创新学生教育管理模式。

Career service as a social service originated in USA while in developed countries there have been fairly good career service systems. In the beginning of the 21^st century, some of China＇ s universities began to offer this service but had no systematic and theo- retical studies on it. This service system is especially weak in the minority areas in west China. This paper discusses its construction in terms＇of its content, necessity and implications.
