摘要
高等院校核心竞争力源于师资队伍的整体素质,对其教师综合素质公正客观评价的获得是建立在科学合理的评价指标体系和评价方法之上的.通过对商空间理论和层次分析法(AHP)的各自特征有机提取可得出高校教师综合素质多层次评价模型,该模型采用商空间理论根据评价的实际需要灵活划分指标粒度层次,从而建立指标粒度化层次体系,然后通过定性和定量分析相结合逐层向上评价的途径得出最终的综合评价结果.实例证明该模型操作简便,评价结果客观合理.
Core competence of colleges originates from the overall quality of the faculty, obtaining of fair objective evaluation result is established above the science reasonable evaluation target system and evaluation method. Through effectively extracting characteristic of quotient space theory and analytic hierarchy process, multi-level evaluation model about university teachers' comprehensive qualities appraisal is obtained. According to actual need,this model uses quotient set as tool of division level to establish target level system, then synthetically evaluates through unifying of the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis from underlying level to high level and finally obtains appraisal result. The application shows that this model is suitable and evaluation result is objective.
