广东省森林资源评价与发展对策

The Evaluation of Forest Resources and Development Counter Measures in Guangdong Province

利用广东省1996年～2004年森林资源统计资料,对森林资源动态变化进行了论述和分析:林业用地面积减少2.820 0×104hm2;有林地面积增加1.849 0×106hm2;森林覆盖率提高1.1%;无林地面积减少1.171 0×105hm2;森林蓄积量增加8.382 2×107m3;消耗量小于生长量.同时利用广东省2004年森林资源统计资料,并引用其他公开发表文献里的数据,具体阐明了广东森林资源现状,从林地利用率、森林结构、分布、蓄积量等角度对广东省森林资源进行了评价;并对今后发展方向作了论述.

Guangdong Province is situated in the southeast of Asia Continent,facing the tropical ocean,and the Tropic of Cancer is crossing its middle part,therefore it isinfluenced deeply by monsoon climate. The advantageous location,multiple landforms,appropriate climate and soil in Guangdong Province provides reliable foundation and space for the forest vegetation developing and the total forestry area is 1. 080 8 × 10^7 hm^2. But with the development of Guangdong Province, forest resources have taken great changes. The dynamic changes of forest resources of GuangdongProvince have been discussed and analyzed based on the statistical data of forest from the year 1996 to 2004. The results indicate that the areas of the forestryland have decreased 2. 820 0× 10^4 hm^2,but forested land area have increased 1. 849 0×10^5 hm^2,and forest storage and forest coverage have grown 8. 382 2× 10^7 m^3 and 1.1 % respectively,while the area of non-forest land has decreased 1. 171 0× 10^5 hm^2;and the consumption is smaller than the increment. During the past9 years from 1996 to 2004,the forestry area has taken great changes and has different temporal characteristics： during the period from 1996 to 2000, the forestry land area decreases 6. 070 0× 10^4 hm^2;from 2000 to 2002,it is increased by 5. 900 0× 10^4 hm^2 and it is decreased by 2. 650 0 × 10^4 hm^2. The forest resources of Guangdong Province have been evaluated according to analysis statistical data offorest in 2004 and other data from scientific articles. The results show that theratio of forested land is higher; the structure is not appropriate; the distribution is not balanceable and the average volume is lower. Moreover, forest resource development counter measures are provided to recognize, protect, and utilize forests better and attain the aim of sustainable development.
