On Ideological and Moral Features of Adult College Students and Education Measures

成人大学生因为性质、要求、自身定位和发展目标上的不同,在思想道德和价值观念上表现出与普通大学生不尽相同的特点。根据成人大学生思想政治素质、社会道德素质和价值观的现状和形成原因,学校管理者应在借鉴普通高校学生管理的基础上,重点从“人本”化管理、“两课”建设、发展教育咨询、校园文化建设、就业指导等方面予以引导和管理。

Due to the difference of college students in features,demands,self-positioning and development objective,adult college students present different features from ordinary college students in ideological and moral concept and value.Based on the ideological and political qualities,social and moral qualities,and valued concept,school management should,based on the management of the ordinary college,lay emphasis on ＂humanities＂,the construction of the ＂two courses＂,the development of education consuhancy, the construction of campus culture,employment guide,etc.
