The political, economic and cultural construction of the socialism with Chinese characteristics today has to use the experience of the outstanding traditional Chinese culture. The spirit of Taibo, who had given his throne to other talents for three times, has great effects on many aspects of today＇s society. The paper chiefly discusses how to use the Taibo＇s spirit to harmonize political construction.
