基于数值模拟的制粉系统爆炸原因分析及改造

摘要 将FLUENT软件数值模拟与现场试验相结合,对某电厂4号锅炉制粉系统爆炸问题进行了分析,认为细粉分离器进粉管处流速低且不均匀造成积粉而自燃是引起制粉系统爆炸的主因,对此,提出了相应的改造措施。改造后制粉系统的爆燃问题得以解决。 Combining the FLUENT software numerical simulation with test in the field, the exploisions in coal pulverizing system of boiler no. 4 in one power plant have been analysed. It is believed that the main cause of exlosion is due to auto - ignition of pulverized coal accumulated in the inlet pipe of fine pulverized coal separator, where the flow rate is somewhat lower and non - homogeneous, For this, corresponding retrofit measures have been put forward. Results of of practical operation show that the effectiveness of retrofit is remarkable, preventing effectively the problem of explosion in coal pulverizing system.
