The operation features and affecting factors of electro- deionizatin （EDI） water treatment system in Shennandian（Zhongsban） Electric Power Co Ltd have been expounded in detail, the problems needing to pay attention, such as the quality control of water incoming into the EDI system, the main parameters＇ control, as well as cleaning and sterilization of EDI equipment etc., being put forward.
