摘要
分析了不锈钢管道焊接变形产生的主要原因。通过采取焊前装卡、焊接过程中采用合理的焊接顺序以及焊后矫正等措施,较好地控制了焊接变形,保证了不锈钢管道的焊接质量。
The main causes resulting in welding deformation of stainless pipelines have been analysed. Through following measures, namely installing clips before welding, adopting resonable sequence in the process of welding and carrying out rectification after welding etc. , the problem of welding deformation has been more well controlled.
