摘要
分析了地铁链接供电的特点。指出了当链接站点过多时,后备过流保护按照阶梯式原则整定的时限存在超出主变电所允许的最大时限的问题;提出了相互闭锁反向过流继电器新原理。应用此继电器,结合常规的光纤纵差和过流保护,从而构成一个完备的保护方案。不仅能链接任意多的站点,而不超出主变电所允许的最大时限,而且能简化系统接线方式,简化系统操作,有利于安全运行,且不增加额外投资。
Traditionally, in the AC power system of subway,it is impossible to connect more substations, because the time settings of backup over-current relays can not be longer than the maximum time limit confined by the main substation. To solve this problem, the inter-block reverse overcurrent relay is proposed in this paper, which makes more substations' connection possible. The relay is characterized with no additional investment and simple installation, it can remarkably lower the investment of high voltage cables.
