从地铁车站与城市关系的角度出发,介绍了日本京都地铁车站的建筑设计。指出在轨道交通网络化的今天,车站已不仅仅是一个建筑物,而是城市生活中不可缺少的一个重要元素。地铁车站的建筑设计除了应满足基本交通功能外,更要与城市设计紧密结合。

This paper introduces the design of Kyoto subway stations in Japan from the view of the relationship between the subway station and the city. The author argues that while the UMT network is coming into shape, the rail station is not only a building but also an inseparable dement of the city life. The design of a subway station, apart from meeting the basic demands of functional transportation, is bound to integrate seamleesly into the urban design as well.
