韶钢第二轧钢厂的船用钢板六西格玛改进项目的成功实施,使船用钢板生产现场的改判率由9.98%下降到5.24%,年直接经济效益达340万元.

The on-site substandard rate of hull plate produced by No 2 mill of SISG was markedly reduced from 9.98% to 5.24%, and a direct economic benefit of 3.4 million RMB per year gained by successfully realizing the 6 sigma project in the production management.
