试析我国绿色物流发展中存在的问题及对策

Study of the Problems and Strategies during the Evolution of Green Logistics in Our Country

物流业虽然能促进经济的发展,但是物流业的发展同时也给城市环境带来一些负面的影响,如运输工具的噪声、污染气体排放、交通阻塞,以及生产和生活中的废弃物的不当处理所造成的对环境的影响,致使环境恶化的程度不断加深。为此,21世纪对物流业发展提出了新的要求,即绿色物流。目前,绿色物流在我国刚刚兴起,人们对它的认识还非常有限,在体制政策、基础设施等许多方面还存在一定的问题。本文分析了我国绿色物流发展中存在的一些问题,并提出了相应的对策。

The logistics promotes economy development. But in the mean time, it also brings certain negative effects to the urban environments, such as traffic noise, auto emission, traffic jam, and all other pollutions due to inappropriate handling of residence or industry wastes, which results in the deterioration of our nature enVironment. In order to address these problems, the 21st century requires a new type of logistics, called green logistics. Currently, green logistics only starts to emerge. We only have limited knowledge of it. Our government policy and infrastructure all have certain problems that have tobe fixed in order to embrace the green logistics. This paper analyses the problems during the evolution of green logistics in our country, and brings forward certain corresponding strategy to address them.
