桉树扦插繁殖生根内在影响因素研究综述

Review on the Internal Influence Factors of Adventitious Rooting in Eucalyptus

桉树(Eucalyptus)是我国南方地区最重要的速生用材林树种,对该地区的经济起着重要的作用。扦插繁殖方法快速经济的特点成为桉树发展和广泛推广主要的手段。然而,许多桉树树种扦插繁殖仍然存在生根困难的问题,对其原因国内外学者从多方面进行了广泛的研究。本文对此从其内在影响因素方面进行了概述,得出其内在影响因素主要包括解剖学结构、内源抑制物和内源激素的水平以及相关酶水平等三方面。

Eucalypt is the most important fast- growing timber tree in south of China, and takes a important role in the economic of this area. Cuttings propagation, as its fast and economical property, has become the main method of eucalypt＇s development. But it is difficult for many eucalypt to form the adventitious root, so many researchers have carried out a lot of researches on the affecting factors. This paper takes a review on the internal influence factors of adventitious rooting in eucalypt, which includes three aspects： anatomy, rooting inhibitors,internal hormones and related enzyme.
