丹黄通络胶囊对小鼠抗应激作用的影响

Influence of Dan-Huang-Tong-Luo capsule on anti-stress effect of mice

目的观察丹黄通络胶囊对小鼠抗应激作用的影响。方法120只小鼠随机分为对照组、丹黄通络胶囊低、中、高剂量组共4组,小鼠灌胃给药后,进行自主活动实验、负重游泳实验和常压耐缺氧实验。结果与对照组比较,丹黄通络胶囊组小鼠自主活动次数明显减少,负重游泳时间和常压耐缺氧存活时间显著延长(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论丹黄通络胶囊对小鼠具有镇静作用,能增强小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力,提高小鼠的抗应激能力。

Objective To observe the anti-stress effect of Dan-Huang-Tong-Luo （DHTL） capsule in mice. Methods One hundred and twenty mice were randomly divided into four groups：control group, DHTL low dose group, the DHTL medium dose group and the DHTL high dose group. After the mice were lavage with different concentrations and doses of DHTL and normal sodium,autonomic activity test, weight loading swimming experiment and hypoxia tolerance test were done. Results Compared with control group,the autonomic activities were obviously decreasinger,the weight loading swimming time and the survival time under the condition of ordinary pressure hypoxia were obviously prolonged （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion DHTL cap- sule have sedation in mice,it can improve the capacity of anti-stressand, the anti-fatigue ability and hypoxia tolerance ability.
