Graduate practice is the key stage for training high quality, high diathesis and expert in medical inspection while the management level of the laboratory plays an important role in guaranteeing clinical practice quality. What begins first for the medical clinical practice in hospital laboratory is as follows：arrangement, entry education, service, assessing learning and teaching, examination out-of-the clinical laboratory, summary and so on. Teachers＇ direction and students＇ practice, management during the medical practice led by a teacher should be paid an attention so as to raise the quality of both medical clinical practice and laboratory test.
