深圳市外来人口艾滋病相关知识和行为的现状调查

A CROSS-SECTIONAL STUDY ON KAP ABOUT AIDS/HIV AMONG THE WORKERS IN SHENZHEN FROM OTHER PLACES

[目的]为了解深圳市外来人口对艾滋病的认知,行为和态度,探索外来工预防艾滋病的有效途径。[方法]随机抽取深圳市的制造业、服务业、建筑业3个行业的480名基层外来务工人员,采用自行设计的匿名调查问卷,由调查对象自己填写。[结果]深圳市外来工的艾滋病基本知识知晓较低;性安全知识缺乏;绝大多数外来工无法享受应有的医疗卫生服务。[结论]必须尽快制定出外来工预防艾滋病的有效措施,加大宣传力度,提高外来工的自我保护意识,控制艾滋病在外来工中间的流行。

[Objective] To understand the awareness rate of knowledge, behavior and attitudes about HIV/AIDS among the workers in Shenzhen from other places of the country, and to explore an useful method in preventing HIV/AIDS among the workers from other places of the country. [Methods] Random sample method was used in the study. 480 workers from manufacturing, service industry and building trade were sampled： Self-editted questionnaire were used. [ Results] The awareness rate of knowledge of the workers was low. They lacked of knowledge of safe sexual behavior. Most workers had no medical health services. [ Conclusion] We must implement an useful project for preventing HIV/AIDS among the workers in Shenzhen from other places of the country.
