摘要
[目的]全面了解四川省成人大骨节病病情。[方法]随机抽取15个大骨节病病区县进行成人大骨节病病情调查,并按要求填写调查登记表,统计并分析Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度检出率。[结果]平均检出率27.02%,其中Ⅰ度为16.73%,Ⅱ度为7.79%,Ⅲ度为2.49%。男性检出率25.42%,女性28.56%。南江县检出率最高,达53.08%,小金县最低为3.34%。病人年龄40岁以上占83.19%。[结论]我省成人大骨节病病情较为严重。
[Objective] To study the stiuation of Kaschin-Beck disease （KBD） in adults in Sichuan province. [Methods] A sampling survey was conducted among adults selected from 15 epidemic counties of KBD, and the detection rates of Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ degree for KBD were calculated and analyzed. [ Results] The mean detection rate was 27.02%, with detection rate of Ⅰ , Ⅱ ,Ⅲ degree being 16.73%, 7.79% and 2.49% respectively. The detection rate was 25.42% for male and 28.56% for female. The highest detection rate was in Nanjiang county, which was 53.08%, and the lowest was in Xiaojin county, which was 3.34%. The patients aged over 40 years old accounted for 83.19%. [ Conclusion] The situation of KBD is severe in Sichuan province.
