摘要
[目的]比较安尔碘与复合碘消毒棉签的皮肤消毒效果。[方法]按卫生部《消毒技术规范》2002年版要求,对安尔碘与复合碘消毒棉签采用皮肤现场消毒效果进行了试验观察。[结果]安尔碘对皮肤表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值为1.34,复合碘消毒棉签对皮肤表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值为1.13,两者之间差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]两种皮肤消毒剂对皮肤表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值均大于1.00,都达到了消毒技术规范的标准,消毒效果是可靠的。
[Objective] To compare the disinfection efficacy of skin disinfectant Anerdian with Compound iodine disinfectant cotton stick. [ Methods] According to ＂TECHNICAL STANDARD FOR DISINFECTION＂ of the edition of 2002, which was pubhshed by Ministry of Health, PRC, skin disinfection efficacy of Anerdian and Compound iodine disinfectant cotton stick were observed on the spot. [ Results] The average killing log values of Anerdian and Compound iodine disinfectant cotton stick to kill natural bacteria of skin surface were 1.34 and 1.13, respectively. The difference was not significant in the two groups （P 〉 0.05） . [Conclusion] The average killing log value of the two disinfectants to kill natural bacteria of skin surface are greater than 1.00, which have met the technical standard for disinfection, so the disinfection efficacy are reliable.
