电场成像器件MC33794应用中的若干问题 被引量:1

摘要 在应用飞思卡尔半导体公司的电场成像器件MC33794和该公司微控制器MC9S12DJ128组成双芯片水位测量系统时,出现了微控制器芯片发热的现象,分析各因素后,最终确定问题出现在电源部分。给出了解决方法并在此基础上探讨嵌入式系统中电源供电问题。实际工作情况表明,系统供电电源部分考虑全面,安排合理是水位测量系统实现正常工作的保证。 The performance features and applications of electric field imaging device MC33794 made by Freescale Co. are introduced. We find some problems in forming s two-chip E-field level measuring system with MC33794 and microcontroller. Combing with these problems we further discussed about the issues of power supply in embedded system and give out our solution methods. The actual experiments show that the system can work properly after being paid attention to these issues.
