摘要
在采用通用线性理论分析的基础上,提出采用具有大口径、浅褶皱及短周期分段式慢波结构的绕射辐射振荡器来产生8mm波段的电磁辐射。在PIC模拟基础上,完成器件的设计加工,成功地对器件进行了实验研究,检测到8毫米波段的高功率微波输出。
Based on the general linear theoretical analysis, the paper presents that the diffraction radiation oscillator with large diameter, shallow wrinkle and short period sectional slow wave structure is used to produce electric-magnetic radiation with 8 mm band. On basis of PIC simulation, design and machining of the device are completed and experiments of the device are finished successfully. Output of powerful microwave with 8 mm band is measured.
