民主的神话与现实——独联体各国“颜色革命”探析

The Myth of Democracy and Reality:Analysis of “Color Revolution” in the Commonwealth of Independent States

2003年以来的“颜色革命”的发生与苏联解体后独联体各国的政治选择息息相关,也是以美国为首的西方国家在此进行“民主”渗透的结果。“颜色革命”后的绩效表明,革命后的国家在政治发展上并无作为,使原政权中存在的政治弊端不但没有得到改观,反而与国家稳定与繁荣的目标相违背。实际上,“颜色革命”是以美国为首的西方国家实施所谓民主政治全球化的有力武器。在这里,“权力”与“利益”才是西方国家实施革命的真实意图。独联体各国均面临着“革命”的威胁,对此,坚守意识形态,正确认识民主尤为重要。

＂Color Revolution＂ in the Commonwealth of Independent States （CIS） since 2003 is not only the result of political choice of CIS, but also the result of democratic penetration initiated by America and other western countries. The performance in CIS demonstrates that ＂Color Revolution＂ amounts to nothing in politics, for the disadvantages in the past regime remain unchanged and they run counter to the goal of stability and prosperity. In fact, ＂Color Revolution＂ is a powerful weapon to popularize democracy led by America and other western countries, whose real intention is to scramble for power and profit. Facing the menace of revolution, CIS should maintain its ideology and correctly understand democracy.
