摘要 为了降低集装箱装卸桥操作与维护的培训成本,提出集装箱装卸桥仿真系统的设计方法.考虑到实用性,设计的电气控制系统采用两类不同的驱动系统,即起升与大车共用1套交流变频调速驱动系统,小车与臂架俯仰共用1套直流调压调速驱动系统.为了提高控制系统的先进性,在90-30PLC的控制模块中增加网络通讯模块,可以实现网络通讯.该系统已投入使用,实践表明可以很好地帮助学员提高驾驶仿真训练以及分析与排除电气设备故障的能力. To decrease the training cost of manipulation and maintenance for container crane, the design method of container crane simulation system is proposed. Considering the practicality in specific design, two different drive systems are designed in the electrical control system, that is, the hoist and gantry share a set of alternating current frequency conversion timing driving system, and the trolley and boom share a set of direct current adjusting voltage and timing system. In order to improve the advantage of control system, the network communication module is added into the control module 90-30 PLC. The system has been put into practice, and it is shown that the system can better help students to improve their ability of driving skills in simulation training and analyzing and excluding electric equipment malfunctions.
