额肌悬吊术治疗先天性上睑下垂20例临床观察

The clinical observation of congenital blepharoptosis by frontalis suspension

目的:探讨额肌悬吊术治疗先天性上睑下垂的临床疗效。方法:对20例(22眼)重度上睑下垂患者行额肌直接悬吊术。结果:术后平均随访2个月,所有患者均睁闭眼自如,重睑明显,额部皱纹及仰头消失,双眼眉睫间距基本一致,效果满意。结论:额肌悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂方法简便安全,临床适应面广,是治疗提上睑肌肌力残缺较为理想的手术方法。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of congenital blepharoptosis by suspending the upper eyelid to frontalis muscle. Methods ：22 eyes of 20 severe ptosises were treated with frontalis suspension. Results： Followed up 2 months after operation. All cases open and close eyes free, upper eyelid was perfect, wrinkles in frontal region were disappear, the distance of eyelash were coincidence. Conclusions： Frontalis muscle suspending to the upper eyelid is a convenient and effective operation for severe congenital blepharoptosis, and it＇s a better operation to deal with impairment of levator muscle of upper eyelid.
