摘要
要把工程质量管理好,必须有一个健全的、有效的质量控制管理体制。这个体制不外乎三个层次:一是政府监管,二是建设单位(业主)负责,三是建筑产品的直接生产者负责。由这三个层次构成对整个工程质量进行控制、监督、管理的体制。
A wholesome and effective quality control management system is needed to manage engineering quality. Three arrangements make up of the system to control, supervise and manage the engineering quality, which are government supervision, construction unit or owner and the direct producer of architecture production.
