工程造价的确定与控制贯穿于基建项目建设全过程。为了在建设项目中合理地使用人力、物力、财力,取得较好的投资效益和社会效益,合理有效控制建设工程造价尤为重要。实施对基本建设项目竣工决算审查,对于弄清工程资金使用情况、工程质量、工程的完成量以及整个工程的造价、评价投资效益,总结建设经验,改善基本建设项目管理,具有非常重要的意义。
Engineering cost and determine are through all the process of capital project construction. It is important to control engineering cost to get better investment and society benefit.
