At present, the mode of quota for single disease payment is being explored from Ministry of Health to hospitals of various levels.This mode is one kind of beneficial attempts to refrom the existing pattern of paying fees for service：And as an expedient measure for easing the current situation of ＂expensive medical care＂, the mode has a positive role undoubtedly in controlling the unreasonably increasing medical care cost and restricting the excessive medical care.But while operating the mode, there are many problems that need improving and perfecting. To think that the appropriate adjustments to the present mode of management and strategy should be carried out by hospital management in order to meet the challenges of this new form of payment-quota for single disease in medical acre cost.
