摘要
医院管理思维范式是管理科学活动的整合与升华,范式变革的实质就是提出一套全新的发现问题和解决问题的方法。如何理解医院管理思维范式的意义建构,怎样正确把握医院管理思维范式变革的特点,医院管理者只有在研究问题和解决问题的过程中,注重自己的管理思维品质培养,才能建立科学、理性的思维方式,进而改变工作方式,更好地应对新时期医院发展所面临的各种挑战。
Thinking paradigm of hospital management is integration and sublimation of management science. The essence of paradigm change is to bring forward a suit of new methods for finding out and solving problems. Only by cultivating management thinking character, establishing scientific, rational thinking mode, can the hospital manager understand the meaning construction of thinking paradigm of hospital management, grasp the characteristics of the change of thinking paradigm of hospital management. Only in this way, can the hospital managers meet all kinds of challenges in the development of hospital.
