我国按病种付费的发展及现状研究

Study on the Present Condition and Development of the Payment of Specific Diseases in China

归纳分析了按病种付费在我国农村和城市的发展背景与现况。目前在我国农村推行的新型农村合作医疗试点中,部分地区积极探索了单病种定额或限额付费,虽然比较简单,但在现实条件下具有可操作性;城市医疗机构单病种定额付费做的研究和尝试比较多,包括病种、成本、费用标准、质量监控4个方面,但是在可操作性方面比较弱。

The background and current situation of the payment of specific diseases in urban and rural area of China are summed up and analyzed in this paper. Currently, the quota payment of specific diseases, which has been actively explored in some areas in the New Rural Cooperative Medical System pilots, is still at junior level, but operational.Many studies about quota payment of specific diseases in cities, including diseases-choosing, cost, expenses standards, monitoring and controlling of medical quality have been researched, but they are still weakness in operation.
