摘要
部分地区已经将10 kV配电网由中性点不接地系统或经消弧线圈接地系统逐步改为小电阻接地系统。指出了在10 kV配电网不同的接地系统,特别是中性点小电阻接地系统中,10 kV变电所的设计应当注意的问题。
The neutral earthing system in 10 kV distribution network has been gradually changed from neutral non-earthing or earthing via arc suppression coil to low resistance earthing system in some areas. The questions that should be concerned in 10 kV substation design of different earthing systems, especially in neutral low resistance earthing system, were illustrated.
