摘要 节约能源、保护环境是我国长期的重大方针,也是全世界所关注的重要课题。作为建筑第二大能耗项目的照明,除了自身消耗的电能外,照明灯具产生的热量又是建筑第一大能耗项目“采暖、空调”的主要热源之一。因此,照明节能是建筑节能的重要组成部分。阐述了照明节能设计应考虑的几个方面,指出照明节能设计是电气设计的重中之重。 Energy saving and environment protection are timeless important policies in our country. At the same time, they are topics which are focused all over the world. Lighting is regarded as number two in energy con- sumption of building. In addition to consumming electrical energy of its own,the quantity of heat produced by lighting instrument is the main heat source of number one energy consumer "Heating, Air conditioning. " Then the design of lighting energy saving is one of the important constituent parts of building electric design. Several aspects that should be considered in lighting energy saving design were expounded and it was pointed out that lighting energy saving design was the most important in building electric design.
