摘要
应用常规甲苯胺蓝（ＲＴＢ）、长时间甲苯胺蓝（ＬＴＢ）、阿利新蓝－藏花红（ＡＢ－Ｓ）、醛品红－阿利新蓝（ＡＦ－ＡＢ）、阿利新蓝－高碘酸雪夫氏反应（ＡＢ－ＰＡＳ）等组化染色法证实，在鸡胸腺、脾脏、腔上囊等淋巴器官的实质中存在大量的肥大细胞，不同器官中的肥大细胞各有其分布特点，并且在形态大小、异染性、颗粒的粘多糖成分、染色特性等方面具有异质性。
In the present study,It was demonstrated that large numbers of mast cells distributed in the chicken lymphatic organs(thymus,spleen and bursa of Fabricius)by histochemical methods using routine toluidine blue(RTB),long toluidine blue(LTB),alcian blue safranin(AB S),aldehyde fuchsin alcian blue(AF AB)and alcian blue periodic acid schiffs reaction(AB PAS).The results showed that these mast cells had heterogeneity in shapes,sizes,metachromia,mucopolysaccharides of the cytoplasmic granules and staining properties.The mast cells in different organs had their characteristic respectively in distribution.The authors suggested that the mast cells in the chicken lymphatic organs could be divided into different subtypes.
