摘要
资源保护型景区—社区开发有其特殊性。首先总结了现有的开发对策,然后分析了目前开发中存在的矛盾问题,最后,通过实地调研,以青岛城阳惜福镇棉花村为例探讨了资源保护型景区—社区的开发对策优化。
The development of protective Scenic Resort-Community has its specialties. The paper summarizes the state countermeasures and then analyzes contradictories in the development. Finally. it raises some optimized countermeasures with a case study in Mianhua Village of Qingdao via on-the-spot inspection.
