摘要
采用不同激素在不同时期和时间间隔处理金花茶花蕾的方法研究外源激素对花蕾生长的影响。结果表明,用1000mg·L-1的赤霉素(GA3)处理直径在0.32~1.12cm范围内的金花茶花蕾,可以明显地促进花蕾的生长而无伤蕾现象。在抽梢前用GA3隔天处理,一个月后促进效果可达100.7%,而用激动素(KT)处理则普遍抑制花蕾的生长。在抽梢后每周处理一次,则GA3的促进效果较差,一个月后促进效果只有48.5%。
The effects of different exogenous hormones in different time interval treated at different stages on the growth of flower buds of Camellia chrysantha were studied The results of experiment showed that the growth of flower buds which their diameters ranged from 0 32 cm to 1 12 cm was markedly promoted and the flower bud hazards werent found by 1000 mg·L -1 GA treatment After GA treating every other day,the effect of acceleration was 100 7% in one month before sprouting new leaves but the growth of flower buds was inhibited by KT treatment It was also found that the accelerative effect was much weakened by GA treatment one time per week while new leaves were sprouting and the effect of acceleration was only 48 5% after one month However,some accelerative effect was shown with KT treatment
