饭店业多元化发展和饭店管理专业差异化课程设计

摘要 旅游活动中的多样化需求带来饭店业的多元化发展,这些不同类型、不同层次的饭店企业有着不同的文化背景、不同的市场定位、不同的发展目标、不同的管理模式、不同的经营特点,对从业人员知识结构、能力结构的要求也呈现出明显的差异,这也给院校饭店管理专业人才培养提出新的要求。对饭店企业多元化发展中出现出不同的特点进行分析,提出饭店管理专业教育差异化课程设计的构想。 The varied need in tourism actives make the development of hotels diversified . And these hotel business of different types and levels have different cultural background, market orientations ,development goals and different administrative modes and business characters. The demands for the employees,sturcture of knowledge and structure of capacity present clear differ- ence. Therefore,this sets a new and higher demand on personnel training of hotel administration speciality in colleges and uni- versities. This artcle aims at putting forward a proposition about the course design based on the difference of education in hotel administration speciality by analyzing the different characters oppeared in diversified development of hotel business.
