摘要
硬膜外腔镜是一项尚未在国内普及开展的微创诊断与治疗技术。本文结合作者在荷兰Amphia医院应用该技术的体会,综述硬膜外腔镜的适应证、禁忌证和技术操作程序以及目前对该技术的认识。
As a minimal invasive technique,epiduroscopy has not been available in most hospitals of China. With the experiences of the applications in Amphia Hospital ,The Netherlands, the indications and contraindications as well as technique procedure of epiduroscopy are described. The knowledge and skills of epiduroscopy are discussed briefly.
