根据秦皇岛市近三年房地产投资增长情况的统计数据,对房地产市场投资与供求情况进行分析,剖析了秦皇岛市房地产经济发展中存在的症结,提出了有关房地产经济调控的宏观措施。
According to the recent three years＇ statistical figures of the real estate investment growth in Qinhuangdao, the paper analyses the market investment and the house supply and demand situation, points out the questions in economy development, and puts forward some macroscopical measures about real estate economy control.
