摘要
针对图书馆员工绩效评价工作的具体状况,对绩效评价的含义进行介绍,分析目前图书馆员工绩效评价体系中存在的问题,比如评价主体过于单一、评价指标与标准不明、缺乏反馈沟通环节、对考评者的监督机制、考评形式主义严重,缺乏有效激励机制等,并针对这些问题提出各项有效的对策。
According to the situation of library staff performance assessment, the definition of performance assessment in library has been introduced, problems in the assessment system have been analyzed, such as single assessor, obscure standards, lack of communication and supervision link. Finally effective countermeasures have been proposed according to these problems.
