摘要
本文概述了关于人与组织匹配的研究理论,强调组织成员的个人特征与组织特征之间的相容性。人与组织的相容不仅使组织能更好地吸引、选拔和留住高素质人才,而且有利于提高员工的工作绩效和满意度,降低离职率。
This article outlines the development of person-organization (P-O) fit theory, which emphasizes the congruence between the characteristics of an individual and organization. The person-organization fit not only enables the organization to attract, select and retain the high quality talented person, but also leads to promote the levels of the performance and job satisfaction and reduce turnover.
